Hawkeye Huddle: 2006 Minnesota Game

More than 3,000 Hawkeye fans filled the Grand Ballroom at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center for the Hawkeye Huddle on Friday, November 17, 2006.

Liberty Mutual, sponsor of the 2006 Hawkeye Huddles, brought their "Wheel of Fortune" game and prizes, and Herky and the cheerleaders danced with the Hawkeye faithful throughout the evening. Gary Barta, Director of Athletics, welcomed the fans and thanked them for their incredible support of Iowa athletics and the 2006 Hawkeye football team.

The loyal support of thousands of fans who go on the road with the Hawkeyes each season once again helped the Iowa Hawkeyes travel to their sixth straight bowl appearance. It's great to be a Hawkeye!
