Welcome to the newest members of the I-Club team!

The National I-Club office is pleased to introduce new staff members (from left) Scott Brown, Sloane Tyler and Darryl Borcherding.
Scott Brown
Assistant Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics
Scott joins the I-Club staff after being a member of the Hawkeye family for more than three years as the director of premium seating and stadium club operations in the Iowa Athletic Department. Scott has a B.A. degree from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, with an emphasis in sports administration and political science and has his M.S. in sports management from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Scott and his wife, Kristy, always look forward to meeting fellow Hawkeye fans!
Sloane Tyler
Associate Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics
Sloane joins the I-Club team after being the director of corporate sales with the National W Club at the University of Wisconsin. Prior to her time with the Badgers she was the assistant athletic ticket manager at Virginia Commonwealth University, the assistant director for fundraising and marketing at Old Dominion University, and assistant athletic director for external relations at the University of Northern Iowa. Sloane holds a B.A. degree in communications, with a minor in business administration, from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, and has her M.S. in education with an emphasis in sports management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Sloane and her husband, Eric, have four children and are proud to be Hawkeyes!
Darryl Borcherding
Associate Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics
Darryl has been with the UI Foundation for more than three years working with Major Gifts and the College of Education. He was previously with the PGA of America. Darryl is a former college athlete and can relate to the value of the student-athlete experience. Darryl has his B.A. degree in communications from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and his M.A. in higher education with an emphasis on athletic administration from The University of Iowa. A hearty Hawkeye welcome to Darryl, his wife, Jamie, and their two-year-old son, Jace!
