The Future You Envision:
Student Support
Throughout its 160-year history, The University of Iowa has sought to provide students with both access and excellence. Today as never before, these qualities depend on both public and private support.
Need-based aid helps keep the UI affordable for all families. Merit-based scholarships assure that the UI attracts the best students from Iowa and beyond.
During the Good. Better. Best. Iowa campaign -- in addition to student aid made possible by annual contributions -- individuals and organizations generated nearly $180.5 million for need- and merit-based scholarships, graduate fellowships, and other forms of student support.
It's really quite simple: When you give good students better educational tools and resources, they can do their best work at Iowa.
