Flannery O’Connor Graduate Fellowships to aid UI Writers’ Workshop

The legacy of UI graduate Flannery O’Connor has been honored by a fellowship fund in her name for students in the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, a unit of the UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Don and Andie Vogt of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Fort Myers, Florida, have made a $250,000 gift to the University of Iowa Foundation to support the renovation of Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
