Outback Bowl

IOWA CITY -- Hawkeye fans traveling to the Outback Bowl should make plans to attend the Hawkeye Huddle. The Hawkeye Huddle, co-sponsored by the National I-Club (join online!) and the UI Alumni Association, will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 from 7 p.m.- 10 p.m. ET at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 South Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida. The Tampa Convention Center is located directly on the waterfront in the heart of downtown Tampa. Admission to the "Outback Bowl Hawkeye Huddle" is free and open to the public. The Huddle includes cash concessions and refreshments, Iowa Hawk Shop merchandise, special guest speakers, Herky, and performances by the Iowa cheerleaders, dance team and the Hawkeye Marching Band. A special addition to the Huddle will be an Iowa vs. Eastern Illinois Men's Basketball Game Watch on big screens with tip-off at 8:00 p.m. ET.
