Two UI Foundation publications receive national awards
Posted November 3, 2004
IOWA CITY -- Two publications produced by the University of Iowa Foundation have received "Excellence" designations in the 34th Annual Design Competition of the University & College Designers Association (UCDA).
The award-winning publications are "A Sense of Community," the 2002 College of Law and Iowa Law School Foundation Honor Roll of Contributors, and "Advancing Iowa: How Far Can We Go?," the UI Foundation's 2003 Annual Report on Giving to the University of Iowa.
The awards were announced in October at the 2004 UCDA Design Show in Vail, Colo. UCDA judges evaluated more than 1,300 print entries in the nationwide competition, giving out only 199 awards.
