IOWA CITY -- We learned this morning of the opinion rendered by the Iowa Supreme Court in the case involving the Iowa State University Foundation, in which we realize there is great media interest.

Along with our volunteer leadership and legal counsel, we are reviewing the court's decision and are unable to comment further at this time.
